Hide field in the summary page based on user role

Description
We are a software development company and give access to our trac-page to our customers over internet so that they can add feature requests and post bugs-fix-requests. Based on our requirement we hide some of the fields from the end user based on the user role while ticket entry. But after the ticket entry, user is able to see all the field in the ticket summary. Please, guide me how can I Hide fields from the summary page.

I'm sure there is a plugin on TracHacks to do this. You could also use a custom template for the ticket page, hiding fields as appropriate.
