Attempted to create new account, failed, traceback appeared

On ​http://trac.adiumx.com/register, I attempted to create a new account. I filled in all 5 fields (name, password entry x 2, real name, and email), clicked to submit, and the following Python traceback appeared:

This may be a local configuration issue. If not, they'll have the possibility to create a ticket on TracHacks, where that plugin is hosted (​th:wiki:AccountManagerPlugin).
