It seems the webadmin menu bar (the one on the left) will disable any page with the same name as the current one. While this make sense to indicate the current page, it should also check against the category a page is in.

Can someone verify that [4549] fixed this with trunk (I think that was the intent, but that might just be the sleep madness)?

Yeah, this is the same thing. Ben Bangert mentioned it on IRC and I forgot to look for a ticket about it.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Christopher Lenz.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Christopher Lenz to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
