Description
When I ran "sudo apt-get install trac" on a fresh ubuntu, I got the following message: "Reading package lists… Done Building dependency tree… Done E: Couldn't find package trac "
Did anyone else have the same problem, how should I resolve this?
Thanks.

Replying to cindyqz2@earthlink.net:

Trac may not be in the "main" repository. Try adding "universe" to the repositories. There should be commented examples in /etc/apt/sources.list.
Quoting the big red box that appears at the top the new ticket page:
"Support and installation questions should be asked on the mailing list or IRC channel, not filed as tickets. Also, please check whether the issue you've encountered has been reported before."
You'll find more help from other Ubuntu users on the mailing list.
Please also be fair with the severity field: your installation issue is not critical.
