Description
I think that it would be useful to create milestone:42 on the roadmap in the spirit of Python PEP 42. Based on the summary on the Parade of the PEPs, PEP 42 "is mostly a dumpster for 'would be nice' ideas that don't have enough priority to ever get implemented."
I think that this would help in classifying tickets that we don't want to just close, but that probably won't be considered unless someone contributes a patch.

Milestone 42. Great idea! Just make sure it's clear what it represents.
The wiki page would require more "maintenance".

Do we really need this? Why not just use no milestone for such tickets, and maybe combine with keywords such as helpwanted. Also we have wiki pages such as FeatureRequests and WildIdeas.

I agree with the above, by not setting the milestone, you have exactly this semantic of might be done one day.
… and by the way, we have quite a big amount of them: #4560, #12100, #12156, #12188, #12262, #12345, #12422, #12453, #12457, #12461, #12512, #12598, #12648, #12692, #12907, #12959, #12984, #13033, #13051, #13089, #13222, #13389, #13624, #13741
Well, although I have no vote I don't like the idea of having a pseudo milestone that only exists for "parking" helpwanted tickets.
Couldn't this be done by a wiki page (that maybe links to those tickets without an assigned milestone)?
