In preparation for 0.12:
- finish moving l10n tickets to milestone:translations
Release 0.12
Finish 0.12-multirepos and merge sandbox/multirepos
See MultipleRepositorySupport#Merge mainly, document the whole thing, i.e. 0.12/TracRepositoryAdmin.
Minimal documentation before merge, as more people will get exposed to the feature. Polishing of the doc to its final status can be done after the merge.

Seems that we might need it…
I've just noticed a disturbing issue with 0.11.6:
when creating a new milestone through the admin panel,
the other trac.fcgi processes didn't pick up the new value,
so either we don't do a config.touch() in this case,
or there's a race.
Well, we do
TicketSystem(self.env).reset_ticket_fields()in source:tags/trac-0.11.6/trac/ticket/model.py@#L702, so it looks like we have a race…
