Description
Currently, most pages have a help link at the bottom of the page. For example, at the bottom of the roadmap page, there is a line that says: Note: See TracRoadmap for help on using the roadmap..
I'd like to propose, alternatively, that the contextual help be added to the contextual navigation. This would position the contextual help in a location that is immediately visible on navigation to each Trac context.
I've been thinking about this for some time (#8926), and for my purposes, would be beneficial. It seems like a straightforward change that would only require that others find the feature to be useful.

Well, as no one was supportive for this idea, let me speak against it ;-)
No, I don't think it's a good idea to put the contextual help in such a prominent place, as it already gets in the way for experienced users and is visible enough IMO for inexperienced users.
Replying to Ryan Ollos <ryano@…>:
And comment:5:ticket:8488, comment:6:ticket:8488 is what reminded me of this and prompted opening a ticket for this feature (mainly to get feedback as to whether other would find this useful, initially).
