#8620 closed defect (fixed)

Sending notifications must not change ticket properties

Description

The ticket notification system applies some formatting to certain ticket fields and uses the real ticket instance to store them. Also some new items are added to the ticket instance.

As these changes are purely for sending emails, the notification system must not change them inside the ticket instance. One of the drawbacks is obviously that you can not use a ticket instance anymore after you sent a notification.
