Description

In my humble opinion the ticket page is quite cluttered. There are lots of forms and info; I think it should be reorganized some way. If I am the only who finds the ticket page a little confusing, please ignore this.

Without any better description of the problem, or what exactly should be changed, there's really nothing to act on here. Besides, there are already tickets listing possible improvements to the ticket UI such as #7939 & #7640 that give far more specifics. If you wanted to you could add something to one of them.

Though if you think Trac tickets are "cluttered" you've clearly never used Bugzilla.

thanks ebray, I'll give a look at them. In fact I've used Bugzilla and Trac is better.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
