Any SQL commands in ticket comments causes 500 error on server when submitted

Description
Whenever I include any text which could belong to an SQL command (i.e. Update, Delete, Insert, etc) my comments do not submit and the server throws a 500 error.
System: CentOS 5 Python2.3 svn 1.1.4

This is due to mod_security. I will continue to smack my head on the desk until I get it turned the hell off.
Closing ticket since it isnt relevant to trac.

I am almost not able to use my trac install as a result of this problem. It causes me to have to dance around these words which is making the documentation of issues extremely difficult.
