Ticket System Creating Duplicate Version numbers

Description

One of my users pointed out to me when using the description diff he noticed that they created a new ticket and made changes to the description. When they went to the ticket history he noticed duplicate version numbers. I have investigated it and it appears on multiple tickets. There was even 1 ticket where they both reported Version 43 but 1 was a year ago and another one was 5 minutes ago.

The Ticket History shows the versions like this

Nevermind it looks like this was already fixed. I got the latest ticket code from the trunk and it looks like its correct now.

I currently have the latest version from the trunk and this was working for awhile and now we are getting duplicate version numbers again.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
