Description

When I Download in other formats - the file is downloaded but the permissions of each file are No Read No Write

I cant seem to find anywhere where this is addressed so I am not sure if it is a Trac issue or apache etc.

Please can you help with some info on this configuration.

Probably a duplicate of #6851. You can try to patch your version of Trac 0.10.4 with r6558, that should fix the issue. Please test and close as duplicate if it works.
