RSS would make sense, although it could be referred to the timeline i suppose.

#1660 is about email notification on wiki changes, and has a patch, so I'm closing this as dupe.

To clarify, with "notification", are you specifically referring to email notifications? This functionality could be provided as per-wiki-page RSS feeds relatively easily, I think.
