http://trac.edgewall.org/browser/trunk/THANKS page has a link to http://people.edgewall.com/~daniel/lula_diggs.jpg but that page gives a 404

I'm not sure that is necessary since we don't have pictures of anyone else in that file. Just remove the link.

Now the big question: should that image be added in the repository, so that it won't get lost again?
