Description

the settings side could be a bit more intuitive. If nobody, says it to you, you will never find out that you can get mails for modified tickets by setting your mailadress

Well, I guess this ticket also addresses a more generic documentation effort: documentation for users vs. documentation for administrators

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
