Description

Hello, I detected a bug in your ticket system. While looking at ticket 611, I tried to change the status to resolved. I am an anonymous user, and obviously (I think) I should not be authorized to do this. However the status of the ticket did change to closed. Afterwards, I reopened it. Is this allowed, on purpose? Sorry for the inconvenience, by the way.

Status: newclosed

Yes, that's on purpose. And yes, individual sites can adjust that behavior.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
