Trac trims leading whitespace from full descriptions of tickets, destroying list Wiki formatting

Description
Create a new ticket that just consists of bulleted list
start of ticket description
- something
- something else
end of ticket description
The leading space before the first * will be trimmed, destroying the list formatting.

I tested this on 0.10 and it works fine. Don't have a 0.9.5 installation, so can't test that, but upgrading should fix it for you.
