Description
there's a "feedback" status in bug system http://bugs.php.net. i think it's nice to introduce it into trac ticket system too. all in feedback tickets will be closed automatically within N days, with some cron job.

We're currently discussing a similar needinfo status, and it's quite likely that this will go in the default opensource and enterprise workflows.

This could be a useful addition to Trac, especially since some of the tickets I've been digging through are a year old without any further feedback from the original poster. But this can also just be a manual process as well. In #3393, there is a Report that shows active tickets by last modified date that could be useful for this.
