Description
It would be nice if the wiki text rendered in milestone views had an anchor name for each defined headers the same way it is already implemented within the wiki page view.
From a more general perspective, wiki rendered text in the milestone view should offer the same features as within regular wiki pages.

Any reason why the

link for headers is added by Javascript, instead of being output by the wiki HTML formatter?If not, I'll make it generic.
