Description
In the timeline a change to a wiki page is logged with a link to the page that has been edited.
To be able to follow the actual changes just as you can with changes to the source code, it'd be better to link to the diff corresponding to the actual change of the wikipage.

I see your point about not showing old revisions of wiki pages, that is obviously not a very useful thing, and also very confusing to the user.
However… my suggestion didn't concern showing old revisions of wiki pages, but showing the diff of the actual change reported in the timeline. I don't think anyone is at risk to confuse a diff with the actual wiki page.
In my opinion just linking to the latest version of the wiki page when reporting a change in the timeline is at par with only linking a list files at the latest revision instead of showing a specific change set.
I wouldn't mind having links to both the latest page and the specific diff though. Something like "WikiPage (diff)" instead of "WikiPage" perhaps?

Some duplicates:
- #2432, which add a note about RSS readers requiring having non-duplicated URLs in the feed
- #2605 also requested this, among other improvements for the timeline.
And see also #2165, where this issue is also discussed as part of the request for a Last change link similar to the one now (as of 0.10) provided in the TracBrowser.
This is not very useful since it easily becomes confusing if you arrive at a page and won't be immediately sure what revision you're viewing.
The most important view of the wiki should always be "it's the latest version that matters". Accessing earlier versions and viewing changes/diffs is secondary.
