Description

I'd like to add internal link to project documentation files, like PDF ones. Resources will be placed in local project htdocs directory (like ImageMacro does)

I suggest it to look like Main datasheet and it should me treated like internal wiki link.

It seems quite useful for people using only tracd as the server.

to The owner will be changed from Christian Boos to the specified user.
