Description
The trac project page has a vertical navigation element to the left of each page (it contains the Documentation, FAQ, Participate, etc. links). It would be good if one could add generic visible elements (like the vertical navigation on the trac project page or a box containing links to related pages) via TracPluggableModules.
This will require the definition of 'insertion points' for visible elements in the ClearSilver templates, and an extension point register modules that provide content for an 'insertion point'.

Well, the left menu seen on p.e.c. Trac is specific to this Trac, there's no standard extension point that could be defined for that.
