Description

when assign a ticket, filling "assign to" field with an email dotted TRAC seems to be unable to deliver notification but without error messages. in example:

sbirulino.casa@… doesn't work

sbirulino@… works

( obviously with both email addresses working ;) ) Carlo

Duplicate of #1196.

Trac doesn't try to notify the owner in 0.8.x. It should work in trunk (and the upcoming 0.9 release), though.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
