Description
- I project have an owner and should be notified upon new tickets or tickets modification.
- htaccess users are not usually in the email format, I wanted to try placing my email everywhere (reporter/assigned/cc) to get notified, but then whenever I use the magic variable $USER, tickets won't be mine, plus grouping tickets per owner would show the one with me email and the one without my email separately
what is the solution for that.
