Description (last modified by )
I have been contributing to Trac’s issue tracker for 6 days, triaging and contributing about 35 modifications to various tickets. In half of cases, I subscribed my email address (chealer@…, i.e. the one which I am submitting this ticket as and which is indicated on my website) to be notified of further changes. Yet, I still have not received any email notification. I can see several changes in tickets following my subscription which confirm that notification transmission failed at least between 2026-02-18 12:50 and 2026-02-24 01:45:

I am receiving notifications from WordPress’s Meta Trac instance, where I use account chealer, reliably.
I do not know which conditions are necessary to reproduce this, but I am setting this bug’s severity to major and its priority to high at least until we have clues about whether this affects other instances using the same Trac version, providers other than Gmail or evidence that some Gmail addresses are not affected.
If you experience this on a different instance, please indicate which and which version it uses.
If you use this instance, please indicate the latest notification you received, and if you received none, your email address. Be aware that this tracker quietly obfuscates email addresses, so you should think of some technique to get around that. I do not know which Trac version this instance uses.
This comment is from Philippe "Chealer" Cloutier. I am subscribing to this ticket, but notifications seem to be broken, and I struggle to display my full email address or link to my contact information from this comment. My email address is available on Kune ni povos’s contact page.
