Description

I noticed while writing in 1.3/TracUpgrade, trac:TracFaq#Q:Attachmentsaremissingafterupgrade fails to link to the heading, whereas the full URL works fine https://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracFaq#Q:Attachmentsaremissingafterupgrade.
