Description

While updating the ticket it showing this kind of error , please help to resolve the issue.

The change has been saved, but an error occurred while sending notifications: [Errno -2] Name or service not known

Status: newclosed

One or more of your notification settings is incorrect, probably smtp_server. This is an InstallationIssue. Please ask on the MailingList and share your sanitized [notification] section from trac.ini.

#12267 closed as a duplicate. I see you also asked about this in #11899. Please don't create any more tickets for the issue. Ask on the MailingList.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
