Log hg_import_error

Description

The plugin fails silently when there is an hg_import_error, with nothing in the log. The hg_import_error could be logged in MercurialConnector.__init__​.

Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.
