Description
Hello dear Trac,
I have installed and have been using this for a good time..But now I want to limit some of my users, so they won't be able to assign tickets directly to whom they want. (this is pretty bad). Instead, I want set a custom permission for those users so that they can assign the ticket to only to their supervisor. Then He/she will assign it to the proper user. This should be the correct workflow. But I can't find any option in trac to do this???
Every user sees every other user, and they can assign to any of them.
Please let me know a solution.
