World Timezone Definitions for Python

Since version 0.11, Trac supports user timezone when displaying time. The support for timezones is built in, but rather rudimentary. Advanced support for timezone definitions and daylight savings time (DST) can be obtained by installing the ​pytz package and Trac knows how to take advantage of it.
