Make "reported by" row optional in custom ticket queries

If you choose to show the ticket description under each result via the custom query interface then you get a row contained the description, as requested. However, you also get an additional row containing "reported by" which you didn't ask for and often don't want. See example.

Can this be made optional please? Or should it be removed altogether given that you can now add this information in the columns?

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment

E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
