Description
Look at the two images attached:
11.5 - table displays correctly - empty cells exist where appropriate.
12.1 - table contents are "left justified". All the empty cells have been removed and the content has been shifted over

It's not a bug, it's a feature. This is due to the table cell span and alignment extensions, introduced in 0.12 (see WikiFormatting#Tables). I'm afraid you will have to fix your tables.

conversion from 11.5 to 12.1 appears to have done something to the table format.
11.5 entry:
12.1 entry (with no editing!):
Only way to fix it is to manually go in and insert a "space" (" ") in between the columns.
