Description
On v0.11.5 we have the following entry on the wiki: [Notes://Jupiter/CA2573450020F8D1 Lotus Notes Document Library]
This displays correctly on the wiki as a link (shortcut to "Lotus Notes Document Library")
On v0.12.1 it doesnt display as a link - it just displays the full [Notes://Jupiter/CA2573450020F8D1 Lotus Notes Document Library]

This is due to #9557. You can re-enable the "Notes:" scheme by adding "Notes" to the list of safe schemes in [wiki] safe_schemes.

Was tested on a replication of the 11.5 system that had been upgraded to 12.1.
Clicking the "notes" shortcut on 11.5 opens Lotus Notes - as you would expect.
On 12.1 it doesnt even display as a shortcut.
