Description
When I'm using a sql-report or a query in trac there is no linebrake in column summary anymore for example.
Reports now bigger than my window if the summary bigger as usualy.

Indeed, fixed already in [10229]. See this message for another workaround.

I suppose this is another manifestation of the issue fixed in r10229.
You could apply that specific change or wait for 0.12.2.
