Description

Sriram, Xerox has requested some corrections to the existing logic in Tier 2 flagging, the logic needs correction as noted below.

The current logic to flag Tier 2 as stated in functional Spec is:

  • If Channel Type is RSLR IND or RSLR DIR and flagged with "HARDWARE REPORTING" or "SUPPLIES REPORTING" program flag

THE NEW LOGIC to flag Tier 2 is as mentioned below:

  • If Channel Type is not "DIST DIR" or "DIST IND" and flagged with "HARDWARE REPORTING" or "SUPPLIES REPORTING" program flag

=================================== updated by NR on 09/29/10 we have noticed an issue with exact match in reseller extract, we want to do exact match with name and country, this will fix the discrepancies in the country.

Please note that current match for end customer master requires no change. ====================================

Can you plan to implement this early next week? this is a show stopper for client to perform UAT from mid next week.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.
