Description
Would be nice to have an ability to build a link like this:
wiki:MyWikiPage@123:10-20,100,103#L99
The same behavior as with source code. Trac should highlight the lines in wiki pages.

Agree, would be nice. But counting line numbers on a wiki page is really hard at the moment… (one could of course use the diff between the wanted and previous version, but that's not intuituve). Something else is needed. Section and paragraph numbers?

Yes, of course I've meant paragraph numbers, not line numbers. The concept of "line" will differ significantly from browser to browser and it doesn't have any practical sense.
Let's refer to paragraphs, which end with \n
