Description

I am trying to access the EDD Instructions tab but I am receiving an error stating "S;/CSRdata.mdb is not a valid path. Make sure the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides." I will need access to this tab in order to make changes to an existing EDD job ticket. Thanks.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
