Currently, the side by side view allows to select from 0 to 20 lines of context.

It would be very nice to be able to choose to see the full file as well…

Would be simple to implement, but I can't come up with a decent UI for this.

Maybe allow upto 3 characters in the Show ___ lines around each change input field, and show the full file when all is given?
