Description

When accepting a ticket, beside the "accept line" it is said: "The owner will change to…" according to the rules of English grammar it should be stated as follows: "The owner will be changed "

So, for example: "The owner will be changed from (none)."

Is that US English or UK English? ;-)

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Remy Blank.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Remy Blank to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
