Description

Hi All,

We are running several Trac instances in our web server. One of them is used to collect IT questions institute-wide. Since Oct 4, we kept getting junk/advertisement tickets from an unknown user. There is no record of this user in the system (no username/password found in 'user' section or htdigest file). I can't trace him.

Anyone has any idea?

Status: newclosed

Well, this is more a SupportQuestion but anyway: you should install the SpamFilter plugin.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
