Description

bij het programma zien we momenteel niet welke informatie erachter zit.Bij het klikken op programma, doelgroep, algemeen,… verschijnt er geen informatie. Terwijl dit wel in de database zit

Kan me moeilijk voorstellen dat iemand een ticket logged in het verkeerde systeem, zucht..

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Joepie.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Joepie to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
