Email shouldnt contain whole ticket

Description

When an email is sent out for a ticket if I understand it correctly the description with all comments are written out twice in the email.

For the description/comments it should be enough to only write out the new comment/description. If a person is interested in the whole thread he could press the link in the email.

Now the emails get very long very quick and it is hard to get an overview of what is the new info.

Status: newclosed

Noticed that the behaviour isnt as I reported. Think though maybe instead of writing Old description and New Description. Previous description and Added description would be better.

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain Jonas Borgström.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from Jonas Borgström to the specified user.

Add Comment


E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
