TracGuideToc documentation confusing

Description

The documentation for the TracGuideToc macro left me with more questions than answers. Can I use this macro to produce a toc for my own docs? Is it possible to customize the set of pages included in the toc? Can I change the ordering?

After asking around on IRC and looking at the source, it appears that the answer is a resounding NO. I suggest updating the documentation, see attached patch.
