Windows box log in issues

Description
I have set up a tracd standalone server on a linux PC on our network. Every linux PC that logs into Trac works just fine. However if I try to log into Trac from a windows PC on the network, it will only log in about 1 out of every 5 times. (I am using accountmanagerplugin for authentication). Then if it does log in on the Windows PC, if I try to perform any action like editing a ticket or posting a comment then it will fail.
