Add an option to change several bugs at once

Description

As of right now, there's no option to change several bugs at once, and the user have to go on each bug and change it. E.g. If the user have 50 bugs that he wants to close, he has to do it separately.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
