"Manage User Accounts" lacks edit facility

Description

when user accounts change, with spelling errors or having email issues, its often needed to change an existing user. This is especially useful for managed environments with small teams, where the user gets assigned an account and never deals with administraion himself. deleting and recreating is not an option since it destroys the associated password.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The ticket will remain with no owner.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from (none) to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
