PageOutline confused by mutiple links in sections

Posting this ticket here because the PageOutline macro is bundled in the trac distribution.

I've got a series of wiki pages that resemble this form:

1. ​Heading A / ​style heading 2
   1. ​Heading A.1^{​style heading 3}
   2. ​Heading A.2^{​style heading 3}

As you can see, the links work fine, but PageOutline is confused about what it should display.
