Description

to help people better contact us, it's always good to have contact information clearly visible on the main page. To that extent, we shoud have "for all inquiries, please contact info@…" on the bottom middle of the page, small but clearly visible

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain chris.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
to The owner will be changed from chris to the specified user.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
