Description
Hello giving a user an option to change the view of those fields to be displayed as a date instead of age might be useful. many project managers i've encountered would like to get a report on tickets opened or modified in a certain date range. i could not find a way to do that using trac 0.11.

Could be done with a little bit of Javascript, as we have the formatted dates already in the title attribute of the link.

If I understand correctly this is now possible in prefs/localization by setting Time format: Absolute format. Duplicate of #9777?
