More than two roles for a ticket

We are using trac as our main project managment tool. Our customers report new tickets as defects or enhancements.
What we are missing very much is an inclusion of more than two roles (reporter, owner) in the communication process of the ticket.
For example it would be very useful to define a person that
- tests the implemented feature or the fixed bug that must not be the reporter
- is assigned as projectmanager or developer (at the moment only one owner can be defined)
- has to give feedback to a question that someone asked as a comment
In combination with the new flexible workflow system it would be possible to define lists of tickets regarding the role that the person has to that tickets.
